Public development-demonstration terms.
These terms apply to the public 4P3X SafeSpark™ demonstration and its fictional, local-first workflows.

Development demonstration
SafeSpark™ is a development demonstration. It is not currently a production school service, procurement approval, accreditation, certification or guarantee of educational outcomes.
Fictional data only
Demonstration content may use fictional people, schools, progress, notes and support records. The public version must not be used to store real pupil data, safeguarding disclosures, medical information, passwords or confidential school records.
Professional responsibility
SafeSpark™ does not replace teachers, SEND professionals, designated safeguarding leads, school leadership, data-protection professionals, healthcare professionals or emergency services. In an emergency call 999 and follow the appropriate statutory or organisational procedure.
Acceptable use
You may explore the demonstration, use fictional test data and review the intended workflows. You must not attempt unauthorised access, defeat access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape protected material, impersonate another person or use the demonstration to process unlawful or harmful content.
Intellectual property
SafeSpark™, 4P3X AI™, Kyzel Kreates™, associated branding, original interface designs, written content and source materials remain the intellectual property of their lawful owner unless a separate written licence states otherwise.

Availability and change
Features may change, move or be withdrawn during development. Offline behaviour requires a successful initial load or installation and depends on browser support and available device storage.
Outcomes and liability
No particular educational, safeguarding, accessibility, commercial or operational outcome is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the demonstration is provided without warranties and should not be relied upon for live school decisions or emergency action.
Jurisdiction
No additional jurisdiction statement is asserted on this public page beyond rights and obligations that apply under mandatory law. Formal production terms would require legal review for the contracting parties and deployment location.
